光亮镍—铁合金电镀工艺条件的探索 被引量:3

摘要 在镍—铁合金电镀过程中,通过对络合剂选择、镀层合金组成的控制、酸度的选择、温度和电流密度的选择以及与电流效率之间关系的摸索,最后可以得到含铁量为 w(Fe)=0%~ 60%的光亮的、性能良好的铁—镍镀层。 : In process of Ni— Fe alloy plating, the choice of complexing agent,cortrol of plating alloy compositive,choise of acidity,the relation between choice of temperature as well as current density and current efficienc are discussed. Finally, the lucency and capability all right Fe— Ni plating of consist of 0%~ 60% Fe is gained.
