沸腾钢高线盘条中心孔洞研究

Study on coil rod center hole of rimmed steel high-speed wire

中心孔洞作为沸腾钢高线盘条的一种内部缺陷 ,严重影响产品质量。本研究针对发现中心孔洞盘条的炉次 ,对其冶炼、浇注、轧制等工艺参数进行了大量统计分析 ,并针对发现的问题通过现场试验及初轧坯低倍、金相检验和中心孔洞盘条试样金相检验 ,得出造成高线盘条出现大量中心孔洞的一些工艺原因 ,并找出产生中心孔洞的直接原因和间接原因 。

As internal defect of rimmed steel high-speed wire coil rod, center hole has great effect on production. In this paper, some direct and indirect reasons for its formation are found, which is on the basis of large information on furnace number, and process parameters such as melting, pouring and rolling and some microscopic examinations on bloom and sample. Some measures are given as well.
