延长电磁搅拌器使用寿命的研究

Study on increasing of service life of electromagnetic stirrer

简单介绍了包钢引进大方坯连铸电磁搅拌器后出现使用周期短问题 ,为解决该问题进行线圈重绕大修的情况。为延长连铸大型电磁搅拌器使用寿命 ,在采用的绝缘规范及工艺方面进行了研究和改进 ,并制定了出厂试验的标准 。

The electromagnetic stirrer at Baotou Steel, imported for bloom CC, has the problem of short service life. In order to solve this problem, new coils are used to replace the old one. To increase of service life of electromagnetic stirrer, studies on insulation regulations and process are made and new production standard is presented which has much improvement compared with the former AEG standard.
