摘要
国家推行工程监理制度 ,自 1996年 1月 1日起实施 ,对这种新的工程建设管理体制的认识还有待提高 ,本文论述了工程监理制的必要性 。
The view on construction supervision system should be improved although it has been taken into effect since 1996. So necessity of it and relation between client and supervision to meet the requirement of new stage is all discussed.
