摘要
采用系统分析、建立数学模型等方法探讨了骨组织工程材料快速成形的材料体系、实现原理、成形机理等。提出骨组织工程材料快速成形采用复合材料,运用材料精确控制技术,抓住功能和成形两个关键要素设计材料体系和相应快速成形工艺。提出材料成形状态矩阵作为分析的数学模型,给出了骨组织工程快速成形设计的一般过程,并提供具体的实例。
The material system,principles of realization,forming mechanisms and so on are explored through systematic analysis and mathematical modelling.It is suggested that composites and material precise control technolo- gy should he applied in the rapid prototyping(RP)of bone tissue engineering materials and the key factors of function and forming should be grasped so as to design composites and RP processes.Analysis model of material forming state matrix is given and the procedure for design is put forward,with an example provided.
