摘要
研究了在铝合金着色槽液中有机染料的定量分析方法。使用分光光度计法得到了染料的 A- C曲线 ,探讨了在复杂成分中各种因素如槽液中的 p H值、温度、浓度、各种干扰离子等对吸光系数 α的影响 ,从而确定了用分光光度法分析染料含量的最佳的分析方法。酸性偶氮染料含有特征官能团偶氮基— N=N— ,在酸性介质中 ,偶氮基被二氯化锡还原成氨基 ,在一定条件下 ,此反应定量完全进行 ,得到 Sn Cl2 与— N=N—的定量关系。
