摘要
研究了以钛铁、石墨和纯铁粉为原料 ,Fe在反应火焰喷涂 Ti C- Fe金属陶瓷涂层过程中的作用。结果表明 ,原料中 Fe含量对涂层的显微结构影响非常大 ,过高会使涂层中富 Ti C片层的显微硬度显著降低 ;过低则涂层中含有大量氧化物。钛铁中的铁和纯铁在喷涂过程中的作用不同。前者主要用于降低体系的点火温度 ,后者则主要用于吸收反应放热 ,以消除 (或减缓 )已合成 Ti
The study was undertaken to assess the influence of Fe on the process of reactive flame sprayed TiC Fe cermet coatings It is revealed that more Fe contents can cause the less microhardness of the coatings, but the oxide contents in the coatings can increase with less Fe contents Fe from ferrotitanium and pure iron has different affects on the synthesis process during spraying the former is mainly used to reduce the ignition temperature, but the latter is basically used to absorb the reaction heat in order to reduce or avoid the oxide in the coatings
