分析了油烟的主要污染因子及其对人体健康的危害 ,并对现有的油烟净化方法进行了分析比较 ,总结出现有油烟净化方法中存在的不足 ,指出了解决问题的关键 。

The paper analyzes the main pollution elements and the harm of cooking oil mist to human health, compares present purifying methods, and summarizes the problems of present purifying methods. To achieve a better purifying effect, some key problems and reasonable technique line are put forward.
