应用红外线阵 CCD成像技术 ,对回转烧结窑的托辊进行实时监测 ,当回转窑中的几千根托辊中的一个发生停转时 ,本系统立即发出报警信号 ,并自动切断驱动电机 ,从而避免窑内烧结坯起堆事故的发生 .

This article describes the real time detection of the bracket rollers of the rotary kiln with infrared imaging technology. When anyone of rollers stops rotating, the system will immediately give an alarm, and shut off the motor automatically. Thus, it avoids the stack forming of the sinter flan in the kiln.
