In this article, authors simply introduce the material performance of HRB400 reinforcement, list main problems at such aspects as material selection, anchoring, earthquake resistance, splice, and so on in design of HRB400 reinforcement project structure, and provide design calculation methods of HRB400 reinforcement and treatments of construction replacement.
