本文结合个人从事工业与民用建筑地基基础设计的体会 ,从地基中软弱下卧层土的工程特性出发 。
In combination with the practice in the design and construction of geotechnical engineering in the industry and civil engineering field,the paper studies several problems in the assessment of soft substratum under the foundation based on the engineering characteristics of soft soil.
