武汉市航空侧路某公司 18#住宅楼发生严重倾斜 ,最大倾斜率达 7.5‰ ,采用深层地基应力解除法纠偏 ,使倾斜率回倾至 3.1‰ ,取得了良好的纠偏效果 ,同时采用锚杆静压桩进行基础加固 ,消除诱发不均匀沉降的不良因素。

Severe inclination occurred in a residental building.The max.inclination up to 7.5%,After retification its reduced to 3.1%.A good result is obtained.At the same time silent anchored piling is used for reinforcement,therefore,unfavorable factors inducing uneven settlement is eliminated.
