摘要
阐述了利用感应线圈检测钢丝绳损伤的原理 ;提出了新颖实用的双排差动感应线圈检测器的设计思想及其实现方法 ;并通过试验得到了钢丝绳不同损伤状况下 。
This paper tells the principle of wire rope damage detected by inductance coil. Design idea and realization method of new practical double row differential inductance coil detector are given. Through the experiment, the characteristic and change pattern of detection signal under the condition of the differential damage of wire rope are gained.
