摘要
通过对发达国家和地区的经验分析 ,对青岛市中低收入阶层的可支付能力进行了研究 ,并在此基础上对相应的住房面积标准和房型控制等有关中低收入阶层住房设计管理方面的问题进行了探讨 .
Based on the literature review, the author analyzes the affordability of the less income social group, discusses the standard of building area for the affordable houses, the standard of different function rooms in the affordable house, and the standard of the form of affordable house.
