Combined with project example, the engineering feasibility of foundation schemes and the applicability of the rammed pedestalpile are analysed, the application and advantage of the rammed pedestalpile in Xiamen soft soil foundation are discussed based on the technological characteristic of the rammed pedestalpile, and design keys, calculation method, construction experience and examination means are introduced.
