通过对长春市中心区人居环境现状和人口密集根源的剖析,本文提出了中心区人口解密外疏的总体方案。

By analyzing the present situation of living environment at the cen- ter area of changchun city and the cause of dense population, it suggests a comprehensive plan to reduce the density of population and evacuate inhab- itants from the center area.
