摘要
目前,我国正在大力进行社区宽带网络建设。作者着重探讨了城市社区宽带网络的建设如何改变着城市社区居民的生活方式和社会行为,而且又如何影响着城市社区的性质和管理。
At present, China is energetically building the community wide- band network. The essay emphasizes on how the community Wide-band network changes life style and society behavior of city community and its character and management.
