摘要
本文从前两轮总体规划分析了城市规划传统编制方法的不足之处,并对今后的城市规划编制体系作了展望,对有关法规的修改和规划编制单位提出了建议与设想。
The paper, based on analyses of the shortcomings of the conven- tional planning methods employed in the previous two rounds of city planning, puts forth some ideas about the system of plan making hereafter, and modi- fication of related legislations as well as planning agents.
