钙矾石可提高混凝土或胶凝材料的早期强度 ,或产生混凝土的收缩补偿 ,而延迟钙矾石却引起混凝土的胀裂破坏 ,这就是所谓钙矾石作用的矛盾的二重性 .探讨了混凝土中钙矾石的形成机理、形成条件、稳定性及延迟钙矾石的成因、危害 ,旨在揭示钙矾石作用的二重性 ,力求找出抑制延迟钙矾石膨胀的途径 ,以便更好地发挥钙矾石的优越性能 .

Ettringite is used to improve the early strength of concrete or to make shrinking-compensate concrete by using it's expansion characteristic. But the formation of delayed ettringite(DEF) results in the expansion break in concrete. This is the duality of ettringite action in concrete. In order to expose the mechanism of the duality of ettringite action in concrete, several aspects, including ettringite's formation condition and ettringite's stability, were discussed in this paper. This is helpful to make a suitable use of expansion characteristic, and to prevent from some unfavorable effects.
