有机硅氧烷/丙烯酸酯共聚弹性乳液的研制

Preparation of Siloxane/Acrylate Copolymeric Elastic Emulsion

采用有机硅氧烷单体和丙烯酸酯单体共聚的方法制备了 1种弹性乳液 .初步探讨了聚合机理 ,研究了聚合条件、有机硅单体含量、乙烯基硅氧烷含量、丙烯酸酯种类和配比等因素对乳液及其涂层性能的影响 .结果表明 ,这种有机硅氧烷 /丙烯酸酯共聚弹性乳液的涂层具有优异的耐沾污性和防水性 .

Elastic emulsion was prepared by means of copolymerization of siloxane monomers and acrylate monomers. The copolymerization mechanism was discussed and the influence of polymerization conditions, contents of siloxane monomers, vinyl siloxane monomers, kind and ratio of acrylates on the properties of emulsion and its film was studied. The results showed that the coat of this siloxane/acrylate copolymeric emulsion has excellent stain-resistance and water proofness.
