城市系统发展的网络化──对我国现行城市规划基础理念的思考

我们所面临的信息技术与网络时代发展迅速，变化迭起。城市中各种发展力量都因其价值观念、发 展方式和资源获取渠道的改变而变化。 我国现行城市规划的基础理念是相信城市发展是有计划性、均质性与自身系统完整性的， 而现实的中国城市发展状态却与之相悖。作者将城市规划系统放置城市大系统中，归纳出我国城市发展形态呈现出网络化趋势， 即：变化周期加快、进程一体化、结构概念模糊化与城市系统开放化。这些变化将继续影响中国城市未来的发展，将从根本上改变城市规划的基础理念。

The fundamentals of urban planning in China are hitherto based on the belief that city development is homogenous. integrated and controllable, while in reality, it is contrary. The author concludes that some rules of urban development in China are: shorter cycles, integration in process .ambiguous concept in structure and open city systems, These shall have influence in the further development of cities in China
