摘要
通过抗渗、抗冻和抗干缩系列试验 ,研究了FC掺和料对提高混凝土抗渗、抗冻、抗干缩性能的影响 ,并从微观孔结构角度分析了混凝土宏观性能提高的机理。试验表明在混凝土中掺用适量FC料 ,抗渗标号可达到P2 5以上 ,抗冻标号超过D30 0 ,干缩率下降到普通混凝土的 49 7% ,完全可以实现绿色高性能。
Through the experiments of anti permeability?frost resistance and dry shrinkage resistance,in which FC admixture is adopted,the effect of FC admixture on the relevant durability is researched and the increased macro performance is analyzed from the view of porous microstructure.The following facts are showed through these experiments,When the FC admixture is adopted,the anti permeability can reach more than P25,frost resistance outnumbers D300,and dry shrinkage rate of FPC declines to 49 7 percent of PC'S,it is easy to reah the goal of GHPC.
