可变技术在柴油机上的应用

Variable Technologies Adopted by Modern Diesel Engine

为了适应柴油机变工况的需要 ,必须使柴油机的某些参数随柴油机的工况变化而相应变化 ,以使柴油机发挥出最大潜能。传统的柴油机设计和参数选择都采用固定结构参数的设计方法 ,不免使柴油机在某些性能方面付出牺牲。由于微机、电子等技术的飞速发展 ,可变技术可使柴油机在各个工况下都能优化运行 。

To meet the requirements of the variable condition of the diesel engine, certain parameters must be changed with the condition of the diesel engine in order to obtain the biggest potential capacity. However, because of selecting non variable parameters and compromise methods in the former diesel engine design, the performance of the diesel engine was not the best. The optimum performance of the diesel engine under the variable condition is attained by using variable technology. Some variable technologies of current engine are presented in this paper.
