摘要
探讨了转鼓试验台的结构特点、阻力模拟和控制原理 ,建立了车辆行驶阻力在道路上和转鼓试验台上等值转换的数学方程及相应的试验方法 ,介绍了控制系统软硬件的总体设计。对控制系统与试验台联机测试结果表明 。
The structure properties, the principles of resistance simulation and control of chassis dynamometer were analyzed. A new evaluation method, which is used to calculate the driving resistance of vehicle on road or on test rig, is presented. The general design on software/hardware of control system were introduced and its test when coupled with dynamometer shows that the simulation accuracy is enough to meet the specification .
