摘要
通过对长期割草场不同刈割处理后的样地进行土壤取样与发芽试验 ,研究了不同刈割处理对土壤中具有活力种子数量及分布的影响。结果表明 ,刈割处理后土壤中有活力的种子蒿类植物的种子占第一位 ;9月 12日刈割的样地 ,具有活力的种子数量相对较多 ,为 2 4 32粒 / 1m× 1m× 0 .12m ;土壤中具有活力的种子在垂直分布上具有明显的成层性 ,6个不同处理 (包括对照 )平均89.8%的具有活力的种子分布在 0~ 4cm的土层中 ,其余的分布在 4~ 8cm的土层中。
In soil, the viable seed is very improtant. Through soil sampling from sample sites where had different mowing treatments, and germination experiment. The influence of different mowing treatments on the number and distribution of viable seeds in soil was studied. The results showed that the number of viable seeds of Artemisia spp. was the most in soil; for the mowing treatment in September 16, the number of viable seeds was the largest, which was 2432 grains/1m×1m×0.12m. In addition, 89.8% of viable seeds were deposited in soil of 0~4cm for the six different treatments in average, others were deposited in soil of 4~8cm.
