大关县位于云南省昭通地区 ,境内 5大河流均为金沙江水系 ,水土流失面积为 5 5 5 %。年输沙量达 115 6万t,因此 ,生态治理刻不容缓。规划人工造林 9978 2hm2 ;封山育林 2 0 5 16 3hm2 ;人工种草 16 0 5 5hm2 。此外 ,采取的工程措施有建栏沙坝沟 8座 90 0m ;档土墙 3座 80 0m ;挖排水沟 135km。项目建成后增加森林覆盖率5 8% ;水土流失减少 74 8万t/a。从而产生巨大的生态效益和社会效益。

Daguan County, with five rivers following to Jinsha River, 55.5% area having soil erosion and water loss, 1,156,000 ton soil lost per year, located in Zhaotong Prefecture of Yunnan. So, eco_environment control can not affords any delay. It is planned that 9,978.2hm 2 upland will be reforested, 20,516.3hm 2 upland will be closed, 1,605.5 hm 2 upland will be planted with grass. Besides, engineer measures also be taken, 8 sandy channels amount to 900m, 3 soil barriers amount to 800m and gullies amount to 135km would be built. Forest cover rate will increase 5.8%, and soil erosion and water loss will cut down 7,480,000 ton per year after the project finished. Great eco_benefit and social benefit will be turned out in the end.
