摘要
突破传统生产方法的限制,用化学法生产果壳(杏核、松子壳、核桃壳等)不定型颗粒活性炭,并同时对诸影响因素做了研究。其中杏核炭的得率为34.2%,这较传统的斯列普炉活化法在得率上高出近2倍。根据标准GB/T13804-92和TB/T13803-92,可用做木质净水用炭和木质味精用炭。
Using the chemical method, we prepared nutshell granular activated carbons (raw material: apricot shell, pine nut shell, walnut shell). The yield of apricot shell activated carbon was 34. 2%, which compared with that of the physical method was increased about two times. According to the national standard GB/T13804-92 and GB/T13803-92, activated carbons prepared by the chemical method can be used for water purification and for refinement of sodium glutamate.
