摘要
通过分析抄纸过程定量控制系统具有大滞后、非线性、时变的特点,采用实验方法建立了系统数学模型,利用Kalman控制器,对某1760纸机实施实时控制。经实际运行表明,Kalman控制器能有效克服纯滞后对系统的影响,具有较好的鲁棒性。
Due to the features of significant time delay,non-linear and time-depending variety of basis weight control system of papermaking process, a mathematical model was set up by experimental method. Kalman controller with a better robustness has been used for real time control of a 1760 paper machine and could effectively overcome the entire delaying effect on the system.
