摘要
本文内容主要针对本研究组提出的以 Eu(DBM)3bath为发射材料的三层结构器件的具体工作原理, 并做了一些能进一步提高效率的尝试,说明了一些具体问题,即混合层模糊界面以及电极结构和空穴传输层材料的 影响.
To obtain better understanding of highly efficient electroluminescent (EL) devices using Eu-complex as eletron-transport and emitting material, several comparisons have been made. Our results demonstrated different effects originating from various structures and materials of the EL devices and explained the duty of blur organic interfaces and LiF/Al electrode.
