Determination of Brufen in Brufen Troche by High Performance Ion Chromatography

研究离子色谱法分析布洛芬片剂中的布洛芬含量的分析方法。用碳酸钠 碳酸氢钠溶液作为淋洗液 ,并以此淋洗液作为提取液 ,提取布洛芬片剂中的布洛芬 ,用紫外检测器在波长 2 1 5nm下检测 ,回收率在 96%～ 98%之间 ,RSD等于 0 .92 % ,方法简单快速。

A high performance ion chromatographic system was developed for the determination of brufen in brufen troche. Na 2CO 3 NaHCO 3 solution was selected as eluents and brufen was extracted from the brufen troche by such eluents and the detection was completed by using ultraviolet detector at 215 nm. The recoveries of brufen were 96%～98% and RSD was 0.9%. The method is simple and rapid.
