摘要
对全砂土固结充填材料的性能进行了试验研究 结果表明 :全砂土固结充填材料的强度标号达到 5 2 5 # 普通水泥标准 ,抗折抗压比高于 42 5 # 普通水泥 .在充填料配比相同的条件下 ,全砂土固结体的强度是水泥胶结体强度的 3~ 4倍 ,与普通水泥的水化产物相比 ,全砂土固结充填材料的水化产物有更多的钙矾石晶体和无定形物质 .在相同的碳化条件下 ,全砂土固结体的残余强度是水泥胶结体残余强度的 1.5倍 图 4,表 6 ,参
The performance of a back fill binder solidifying sand and silt is studied in the laboratory.The results show that the strengths of the backfill binder is that of 525 #normal portland cement,the ratio of compressive strength to tensile strength of the binder is higher than that of 425 #normal portland cement;to a given mix design,the compressive strengths of solidified body wyth the binder solidifying sand and silt is three to four times that of cemented body;the ettringite and amorphous hydrate products of the backfill binder are higher than that of 425 #normal portland cement.The remaining strengths of the solidified body are 1.5 times as that of cemented body under given xarbonization conditeon.4figs.,6tabs.,4refs.
