摘要
振动出矿时 ,由于振动机的激励作用和波动传播的影响 ,碎岩便会产生激励响应 ,这种激励响应可以改变散体的动力特性和流动特征 .介绍了双轴式惯性振动机激励原理和由其产生的激振力的数学表达式 .认为碎岩具有黏滞阻尼特性 ,并在此基础上建立矿石激励响应的运动方程 ,且给出了简谐激励作用下的振型 -位移近似表达式和坐标响应的稳态效应解 .利用逐步积分算法求解了矿石激励响应的位移、速度和加速度的递推关系矩阵 ,并给出了计算流程图和算例 .图3 ,表 1,参 8.
Because of the exciting action by the vibrating machine and the influence of wave propagation,broken ores will generate excited response when ores are mucked out by vibration.This excited response will change the dynamical characteristic and the flowing characteristic of broken ores.This paper simply introduces the excitation principle of an inertia vibrating machine with double axes and the mathematical expression of the excitation force caused by it.We consider that the broken ores have viscidity and damping characteristic, on basis of which we establish the motion equation of excited response of ores, and deduce the approximate expression of vibrating-displacement by harmonic excitation and steady effect solution of coordinate response.By the stepwise integration method,we get the recursion relation matrix of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the excited response of ores, and give the calculating flow chart and a computational example.2figs.,1tab.,8refs.
