摘要
分析了 45钢表面渗硼的工艺及性能 ,特别将渗硼钻套在工厂进行了使用试验 试验结果表明 :45钢钻套工作表面渗硼的磨损量随加工件数的变化曲线基本上遵循机械零件磨损的一般规律 ,在相同工况条件下 ,45钢渗硼钻套的耐磨性是T9淬硬钻套的 5 .3 7倍 ,大大延长了导引元件的使用寿命 图 3 ,表 1,参
B-penetrated layer of steel surface have the excellect feature of high hardness,resist-wear and resist-corrode ,the technology of B-penetrate is the fine measure to enhance the resist-wear feature of mechanical part, this paper analyzed the technology and performance, especially put it into use in the plant, the experimental results reveal: the wear mass loss of 45-steely surface B-penetrate follow general wear rules of mechanical part with the varying curve of machining number, in the same working condition, the working life of 45 steely B-penetrate boring-ringer is 5.37 times as long as boring-ringer of T9-quenching,greatly prolonging the working life of boring-ringer part.3figs.,1tab.,5refs.
