固-固反应合成纯相一氧化钛

Synthesis of single phase titanium monoxide by reaction between solid phases

摘要 研究了一氧化钛新材料的合成 ,分析了合成的许多途径 ,概述了固 固反应法合成的工艺及结果 .研究结果表明 :在一定工艺条件下 ,通过固 固反应 ,可以得到单一相金黄色的一氧化钛 ;但由于在反应过程中 ,固 固反应物间接触面积小 ,致使氧的扩散沿骨架长距离进行 ,反应速度慢 ;提高反应温度可以明显提高反应速度 ,当反应温度从16 73K提高到 1873K时 ,反应完全时间从 12h降至 3h ,但过高的反应温度会引起钛在真空中挥发 ,影响体系钛、氧的量比 ;添加适量的活性助剂 ,可使反应活化 ,促进反应物料结构致密 ,增加反应区域 ,加速固相反应的进行 ,在172 3K时反应完全时间从 10h缩短至 2h . The synthesis of a new kind of material TiO was studied. Several kinds of synthesis methods of titanium monoxide were investigated and compared. The process and results of titanium monoxide synthesis by reaction between solid phases were given. The results indicated that golden titanium monoxide composed of only one phase could be obtained by reaction between solid phases at required condition. The reaction was slow because of the small reaction areas. The reaction was significantly sped with the temperature rise. The entirely reaction duration was shortened from 12 to 3 h when the temperature rose from 1 673 to 1 873 K. But the high temperature would make Ti vapor in vacuum, influencing the ratio of Ti and O. It was found that appropriate additives could activate the reaction, promote the contents compact, extend the reaction area, speed the reaction. The whole reaction period was shortened from 10 to 2 h at 1 723 K.
