摘要
针对寿王坟铜矿矿石进行了室内摇瓶浸出试验和柱浸试验。试验表明 ,该矿石仅采用化学浸出 ,铜的浸出率较低 (约 4 6 % ) ;采用细菌浸出可将铜的浸出率提高 2 6 % ,达72 %。铜的浸出率与矿石的粒度成反比 ,即矿石的粒度越大 ,铜的浸出率越低。生产中 ,采用先酸浸、再用细菌浸出的方案 ,既可加快铜的浸出 ,又可以降低浸矿时的酸耗 ,降低生产成本。
The laboratory shaking leaching and column leaching tests on the ore from Shouwangfen Copper Mine were carried out. The testing results show that the copper leaching rate with chemical method is 26% lower than that by bacterial leaching method. The former rate is 46% and the latter is 72%. The copper leaching rate is inverse proporiton to the grain size of the ore. In other words, the larger the grain size of the ore is, the smaller the copper leaching rate. In production, the process of acid leaching followed by bacterial leaching was used so as to both accelerate the copper leaching and reduce the acid consumption and production cost.
