摘要
对Cu/Ni约 1.4的金属化高冰镍吹炼反应所需转化温度进行了热力学分析计算。实验室试验后 ,结合现场实际制订了吹炼制度 ,并采用吹炼 -还原工艺成功地进行了工业试验。本文还论述了控制产品氧化镍含量的必要性。该研究成果从原料上确保了选择性浸出顺利进行 ,已在生产获实际应用。
The thermodynamic analysis and calculation on the temperature needed for converting reaction of the metallized high Ni matte with 1.4 ratio of Cu/Ni has been done.After the lab tests,the converting system is worked out in the light of site situation.It is successful to use the converting reduction process in the industrial tests.The importance of controlling the content of nickel oxide in the product is discussed.The research achievement can provide qualified raw material for smooth operation of selective leaching.This technology has been successfully used in production.
