摘要
地下溶浸—萃取—电积技术在中条山有色金属公司成功的应用 ,在国内尚属首次。本文介绍了中条山有色金属公司湿法炼铜的试生产情况 ,指出了试生产期间萃取系统、电积系统生产操作及设计安装中存在的主要问题 ,并着重分析了其产生的原因及应采取的相应措施。
The technology of underground solution leaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning has been used successfully in Zhongtiaoshan Nonferrous Metals Company,which is first time in China.In this paper,the situation of commissioning of copper hydrometallurgy in the company is introduced and main problems existed in solvent extraction and electrowinning systems during pilot test are pointed out,stressing on the analysis of the causes for these problems and the corresponding countermeasures.
