摘要
研究了利用罗丹明B对硫氰酸盐和硒 (Ⅳ )的结合反应来定量测定微量硒的分光光度法。实验表明 :pH为2 .95时 ,在Se -SCN -BRB三元体系中 ,硒量在 0~ 10 μg/ 2 5mL的范围内符合朗伯比尔定律ε=9.97× 10 4 L/mol·cm ,该法用于饮水、污水、生物样品、微化剂中硒的分析 ,结果满意。
The spectral photometric method determing trace selenium was studied quantitively. The results showed that, when pH=2.95, content of selenium conforms to the rule of ε=9.97*10 4 in the range of 0~10μg/25mL selenium in Se-SCN-BRB system. The method can be used to determine selenium content in drinking water, sewage, biological sample etc.
