目前的设计或施工规范对砖混结构砌体是否允许裂缝等问题未作出明确规定。由于裂缝性质及危害不同,裂缝原因复杂,故应对裂缝进行分析,并根据其特征及发展变化等进行鉴别,针对裂缝性质判断是否需要处理及采取具体处理方法。

Currently, there is not any specific regul ations and clear codes about prevention and control of a masonry building. As property and harmfulness of cracks of a masonry building are distinct and of great variety, and the causes of producing cracks are various and complicated, it is necessary, above all, to have cracks strictly classified. Thereafter, basing upon crack, fea-tures and developments, a thorough study and investigation of cracks should be made, and decid-ing what prevention measures should be taken.
