新疆天然与种植黑加仑果实的营养成分分析与比较

COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS OF A PLANT BLACK CURRENT WITH A NATURAL BLACK CURRENT IN XINJIANG

本文通过对新疆种植黑加仑和天然黑加仑的脂肪油、八种微量元素、十七种氨基酸以及维生素C的含量进行测定比较 ,得出 :天然黑加仑脂肪油含量为 17 9%,种植黑加仑脂肪油含量为 12 9%,其中 ,天然黑加仑脂肪油中 ,r 亚麻酸的含量为 19 0 2 %,而种植黑加仑中 ,其含量为 10 2 0 %。天然黑加仑中K ,Na,Ca ,Cu ,Zn的含量比种植黑加仑含量高 ,但同时Fe ,Mn ,Mg元素的含量却比种植黑加仑含量低。种植黑加仑的维生素C含量为 99 6mg/ g ,天然黑加仑的含量为 10 8mg/ g ,天然黑加仑的氨基酸的总量为 1 6 3%,种植黑加仑为 1 5 5 %。

In this article,it has been analyzed that the composition of seed oil,mineral trace elements,metal Vitamin C and amino acids in planting black current,as compared with natural black current.The portion of seed oil in natural black current is 17.9%,in planting black current it is 12.9%.The linolenic acid composition in natural seed oil is 19.024%,it is 10.203% in planting,meanwhile,the quantity of K,Na,Cu,Zn in natural is more than in planting but the quantity of Fe,Mn,Mg in natural is less than in planting.In planting black current,the proportion of Vitamin C is 99.6 mg/g in natural black current it is 108 mg/g.17 amino acids in natural,planting black current are separated.In natural,it is 1.63%.In planting,it is 1.55%.
