摘要
对香菇原生质体进行不同时间紫外线照射诱变 ,实验结果表明 :采用紫外线照射 12 0S ,可获得高产突变株 ,该突变株BM— 43的多糖产量由出发菌株B15的 2 35mg/10 0ml提高到 2 78.75mg/10 0ml,产多糖能力提高了 18.6 2 % ,经连续传代 3次 ,产多糖能力仍保持稳定。说明原生质体诱变技术用于大型真菌多糖高产菌株的选育是一条行之有效的途径。
the protoplast-UV mutagenesis for increasing polysaccharide was studied on lentinus edodes strain. The experiments showed that the high mutant could by obtained by UV-irradiation of the protoplasts for 120 seconds. The polysaccharide content of the mutant BM-43 was increased by 18.62% than that of the starting strain B15. The results in dicated that the protoplast mutagenesis was a better approach to incresas polysaccharide yield of Lentinus edodes.
