摘要
本文探讨了武汉东湖水体中总溶解磷(TIP)、溶解反应磷(GRP)、总反应磷(TRP)、溶解水解磷(SHP)和颗粒磷(PP)对普通小球藻生长的生物有效利用性。 进行了普通小球藻生长量与各磷形态及总磷(TP)被利用浓度的一元相关分析,进一步讨论了这些一元相关方程的不足。并用多元回归分析建立了普通小球藻生长量(N)与所测几种磷形态被利用浓度(CTSP,CSRP,CTRP,CSHP,Cpp)的相关模型。这些模型可用于评价湖泊水体富营养化的程度及预测藻的生长潜力。
Phosphorus in water of lake Donghu, Wuhan was fractionated into five sorts of P fractions: total soluble phosphorus(TSP), soluble reaction phosphorus(SRP), total reaction phosphorus(TRP), soluble hydrolysable phosphorus(SHP) and particular phosphorus(PP). Effects of these P fractions on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris were investigated. The regression equations between each P fractions as well as total phosphorus(TP) and the growth of Chlorella vuigaris were obtained and compared with each other. The models of growth of Chlorella vulgaris(N) depending on P fractions were established by multiple regressing, and three models can be helpful for predicting the potential growth of the algal and assessing the eutrophication of the lake.
