摘要
利用双向凝胶电泳研究了冬小麦核质杂种 NC4、NC3 7和它们的核供体丰抗 1 3的 3个品种幼苗在水分胁迫和外施 ABA条件下叶片中蛋白质代谢的变化。结果表明水分胁迫可抑制 3种小麦叶片中一些蛋白质合成 ,使蛋白数量减少 ,而在 NC4、NC3 7两个核质杂种中有1个 PI5 .8、2 0 k D的新合成蛋白点出现 ,根部外施 ABA也可诱导该蛋白合成。核供体丰抗1 3幼苗中 ,ABA可诱导合成该蛋白 ,而水分胁迫时该蛋白没有出现 ,表明该蛋白由核基因编码 ,而其表达可能由细胞质中与
High resolution 2 D gel electrophoresis is mainly used to study the variation of protein synthesis in winter wheat seedling leaves under water stress and ABA treatment.Three different cultivers are used:NC4,NC37 and Fengkang13,NC4 and NC37 are homonucleus alloplasm intercrosses,Fengkang13 is their nuclear donor.The results indicate that both water stress and ABA treatment can induce a PI 5.8,20 kD protein synthesis in leaves of NC4 and NC37.In Fengkang13,only ABA treatment can induce it,water stress can not induce it.It is deduced that the synthesis of this drought induced protein is modulated by a mechanism which is concerned with ABA in cytoplasm when seedling under water deficient.
