摘要
以“四九菜心”为材料 ,用 3 mg/L的 CPPU处理采后菜心 ,在常温 (2 5℃ )下贮存 7d,通过测定其叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛 (MDA)的含量和 SOD、POD酶活性等指标 ,结果显示经 CPPU处理的菜心其叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量与对照菜心差异显著(P<0 .0 1 ) ,表明
Postharvested Flowering Chinese Cabbage was treated with 3 mg/L CPPU and stored at 25℃ for one week.Electric conductivity,chlorophyll,soluble protein and molondialdehyde content were determined,the activities of protective enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) were measured.The results show that the storage life of Brassica chinensis was lenghtened by the treament with CPPU.
