摘要
目的探讨瘤净片抑制子宫肌瘤效应的作用机理。 方法给大鼠注射已烯雌酚和黄体酮造模 ,对造模大鼠分别给予瘤净片、桂枝茯苓胶囊和三苯氧胺 ,并测定正常组、造模组、用药组的血清性激素 (FSH、LH、E2 、P)和免疫调整因子IL - 2、TNF -α水平。 结果瘤净片有拮抗雌孕激素和加强性激素 -免疫调节作用。 结论上述两方面作用是瘤净片具有抗增生抗瘤效应 。
Objective To assess the mechanism of depressing hysteromyoma with Liu-jing pill. Methods Rats were modeled with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone injection. The model rats were treated with Liu-jing pill, Gui-zhi-fu-ling capsule or tamoxifen, then measured the serum gonadal-hormone (FSH、LH、E 2、P), IL-2 and TNF-α in the control group, model control group and testing group. Results Liu-jing pill could depress the function of estrin and progestin and strengthen gonadal hormone-immune regulation. Conclusion This two-sideeffects may be the mechanism of resisting mortilation and tumor with Liu-jing pill.
