摘要
目的观察缺氧对体内血糖与激素的影响。 方法 12例健康新生小牛吸入 4.6 %~ 6 .7%浓度的氧气 ,分别于缺氧前、缺氧 1h、缺氧 2h观察其血糖、胰高血糖素、皮质醇及胰岛素变化 ,同时检测乳酸及血气分析以示酸碱状况。 结果缺氧后血糖明显升高 ,从 (4 .2 8± 0 .17)mmol/L~ (9.34± 0 .35 )mmol/L ,并有乳酸酸中毒 ,胰高血糖素降低 ,皮质醇和胰岛素明显升高 ,且血糖与皮质醇水平成正相关。
Objective To observe the changes of blood sugars and hormones in hypoxia. Methods 12 newborn calves were inhaled with 4.6% ~ 6.7% oxygen for 2h, and blood glucose, plasma glucagen, hydrocortisone, insulin, lactate and blood gases were detected prior to hypoxia and 1h and 2h after hypoxia, respectively. Results The blood glucose increased from 4.28 ±0.17mmol/L to 9.34 ±0.35mmol/L, and there was lactate acidosis after hypoxia. Plasma hydrocortisone and insulin also increased, but glucagon decreased. Conclusion Hypoxia may induce hyperglycemia, and hydrocortisone may be the most important factor to mediate the result.
