心安颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效观察

THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF XIN'AN GRANULE(XAG) IN TREATMENT OF VIRAL MYOCARDITIS(VMC)

目的 :观察心安颗粒对病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的临床疗效。方法 :临床收治VMC患者 90例 ,采用随机对照法 ,按 2 :1比例分为治疗组 6 0例 ,对照组 30例。治疗组服用心安颗粒 ,对照组服用黄芪精口服液 ,两组疗程均为 14天 ,观察其两组治疗后总疗效、主要症状、心电图及心功能改善情况等。结果 :治疗组治疗后其临床疗效、主要症状改善程度 ,心电图及心功能改善程度均优于对照组。结论 :心安颗粒具有明显改善其VMC主要症状 。

Objective:To Study the clinical efficacy and safety of Xin'an granule(XAG) in viral myocarditis(VMC). Methods: 90 patients who had been dignosed VMC were devided randomly into treatment group(n=60) administered by XAG and control group (n=30) administered by astragalus root oral solution. Both groups were being observed synchronously for two weeks. Results: The effective rate and improvement of subjective symptoms in XAG group were superior to those in the contral group. Also, XAG could significantly improve the heart function of patients with VMC. Conclution: It is suggested that XAG is highly effective and safe in the treatment of VMC
