摘要
目的 :探讨噪声对人体的心脏植物神经功能的影响。方法 :选择暴露于不同强度稳态噪声的女工 ,采用改变体位法 (卧至直立位 )连续记录 ECG。结果 :高强度组的立卧差明显低于对照组 ,30 / 1 5比值有增大倾向 ,T波下降发生率呈下降趋势 ;而低强度组立卧差无明显改变 ,3项指标 (立卧差、30 / 1 5比值、T波 )都不能显示交感神经兴奋性降低的迹象。结论 :高强度噪声引起女工的心血管系统植物神经功能失调 ,主要表现在心脏交感神经兴奋性降低倾向。而低于国家卫生标准的噪声强度 ( 80 d B) 。
Objective To explore the effect of noise on human vegetative nervous functions.Methods Female workers exposed to noise of defferent levels were chosen as subjects and their ECGs were recorded continuously in our posture-altering tests.Results Compared with the control group,the group of high intensity showed less obvious difference between lying position and erect position,the ratio of R-R intervals of the 30th and 15th time tended to rise gradually and the incidence of T wave descent tended to decline.No marked changes were found in the group of low intensity.The difference between lying and erect positions,the ratio of R-R intervals and the T wave values failed to indicate that the sympathetic nervous exictability was reduced in the low intensity group.Conclusion High intensity noise can lead to cardiovascular vegetative nervous functional imbalance in female workers,especially the descent of sympathetic nervous excitability.Noise below 80dB according to the national health standard produces no obvious effect on cardiac vegetative nervous functions.
