C-erbB_2与nm23在葡萄胎及恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达

摘要 目的  检测C -erbB2 与nm2 3在葡萄胎和恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达 ,探讨二者在葡萄胎恶变中的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测 2 2例正常绒毛、4 3例葡萄胎、2 8例侵蚀性葡萄胎、11例绒癌组织中C -erbB2 与nm2 3基因表达情况。结果  恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中C -erbB2 的表达明显高于正常绒毛及葡萄胎组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,而nm2 3的表达低于正常绒毛及葡萄胎组织(P <0 .0 1) ;4 3例葡萄胎患者中 14例发生恶变 ,恶变组中C -erbB2 的阳性表达率、nm 2 3的阴性表达率均高于非恶变组。结论 C -erbB2 的阳性表达和nm2 3的阴性表达 ,可判断滋养细胞肿瘤的恶性程度 ,并提示葡萄胎预后不良。 :Objective To study the expressions of C-erbB2 and nm23 in hydatidiform mole and malignant trophoblastic tumor tissue and to evaluate the role of these two genes in the malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole.Methods The expression of C-erbB2 and nm23 were determined with immunohistochemical method in 22 cases of normal chorionic tissue,43 hydatidiform mole,28 erosive hydatidiform mole,11 choriocarcinoma.Results The positive rate of C-erbB2 expression in malignant trophoblastic tumor tissue was significantly higher than those in the normal and hydatidiform mole groups (P<0.01), while the positive rate of nm23 expression was lower than those in the normal and hydatidiform mole groups(P<0.01). Of all 43 cases of hydatidiform mole,malignant transformation occurred in 14 cases in the malignant transforming group,and the positive rate of C-erbB2 expression and the negative rate of nm23 expression were both higher than those in the non-malignant transforming group.Conclusion The higher expression of C-erbB2 and lower expression of nm23 can be used to judge the degree of malignancy and to predict unfavourable prognosis of hydatidiform mole.
