摘要 报道1例原发性皮肤骨瘤。女性患者,38岁。右小腿伸侧蚕豆大小圆形皮内结节,质硬,无压痛。血清钙磷水平正常。组织病理检查显示真皮内纤维性骨小梁形成及钙盐沉着。 One case of primary osteoma cutis reported. A 38-year-old woman was presented with a round, painless, hard, broad bean-sized intradermal nodule over the right leg. Serum calcium level and phosphate were normal. Histopathological examination of the involved skin revealed fibrous trabec-ulation of bone and calcinosis in the dermis.
